Ally and Missy: "Just the facts ma'm"

Presenting....drum roll please.......Missy the Mom and Ally the Daughter.....(she says it should be the other way around..ha!) This is a place for fun, laughter, possibly some tears....it's all about us and our days together. We have been on this awesome journey together for 9 1/2 years now. (Ally came when she was five...so she's now 14! - going on 20 says Missy) Wow! Time has flown.

First...a few details that are super important for you to know:

Ally:

Missy:

Enough of that.....we'll just start with a short blog to get us going:

Missy: I married a man who chose to love me...and that is very valuable to me...that he chose me and the fact that he's still here (after 21 years!) is amazing. I have three wondermus bambinos. Robby just turned 21 years old! I cannot believe that I am old enough to have a fully grown man...and I can't believe how lucky I am that God looked at all the choices of babies in Heaven for me and chose the most beautiful curly headed little munchkin for me. Then I have my really funny big man....Ronny. He is 19 (I guess he's fully grown too at 6"4") He is the smile in my day most every day. And then...I have my miracle. Ally came to me at a time when I had decided that God had said no to my pleading, begging, and pestering Him for a daughter. Then, she literally fell from Heaven into my arms. Ally is smart, beautiful, and amazing! So....here we are day one of blogging together I just want to communicate one more thing. I am very excited and looking forward to spending time regularly with Ally on this blog, what a great way to brag on my kiddo! We have been blessed recently to have a temporary addition to our home but a permanent addition to our hearts. Sumaiya is a fun and interesting addition to our family.

Ally: I am fourteen years old and was adopted into a wonderful family who love me so much! I can't imagine what my life would have been like if I weren't in this family. I have five incredible family members. (One of them is a foreign-exchange student) Its so cool having a sister! We can talk about girl stuff. (You know what I'm sayin?) Anway...I love my family a whole lot! I have a pretty good relationship with both of my brothers. I also have a great father and daugther relationship with my Dad too. When it comes to my mom...she has always been there for me. She has been my biggest supporter throughtout my life. She is always there to help me when I fall flat on my face. Their are times when we have arguments...but all and all I love her and she loves me. I will never doubt. I can't wait to start blogging with my mom!
